Rev Auto Club Memberships

Rev Auto Club is a car club and also a marketplace. Not only do we offer a social space to talk shop, we also providing you with all the services you need to enjoy your car. We are open to the public which means you don’t have to be a member to use our services. We offer car repair, auto transport, car storage, car care & auto detailing services and parts and accessories for most european cars.

We offer a couple different options to becoming a member, you can purchase online via our online store, you can submit a request via our contact form and one of our team members will reach out to complete your membership and you can come in person to our Miami location and complete your membership.

Currently we are only offering memberships for our local customers, if you spend time seasonally in Miami, FL then, YES!

Yes! periodically we host events open to the public but most of our events are for members only.

Our base membership can be cancelled anytime, we require written notice of cancellation via email to memberships@revautoclub.com. Notice should be received before the next months subscription payment is due. Once we receive your cancellation, we will process within 24 hours of receipt. Your benefits will continue till the end of the last month. Membership dues will not be prorated at time of cancellation. Our Concierge Membership requires a commencement fee which is non refundable, cancellations can be applied 6 months after the initial subscription. We require written notice of cancellation via email to memberships@revautoclub.com. Notice should be received before the next months subscription payment is due. Once we receive your cancellation, we will process within 24 hours of receipt. Your benefits will continue till the end of the last month. Membership dues will not be prorated at time of cancellation.

We accept membership subscription via Credit card, all major credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX). You will be placed on recurring payment for the time your subcription is active. We also offer an annual membership subcription at a discounted rate. see our membership page for more details.

Vehicle Storage

Depending on the storage plan you choose, we include the following: – Trickle charge to keep the battery at optimum charging levels – Interior or exterior car cover or Car Capsule enclosure to reduce or elimnate dust accumulation on painted surfaces – Weekly or monthly startups to operating temps and verify system functions – Monthly washes to keep the car clean. – Refueling as needed to keep the fuel system with fresh gas (addictional cost)

We offer storage options with a minimum stay of 30 days to long term 12+ months. Pricing varies, we recommend you reach out to discuss the different options that best accomodate your needs.

High traffic storage are those who plan to use their car more than 2 times a month. We include pre-pickup prep and clean up after the car has returned to storage at a much higher frequency. Car Capsule enclosures are not available for high traffic customers. Low traffic storage are those who plan to use their car no more than once a month. You do have the option though to keep your car in a Car Capsule enclosure to eliminate dust settling. (at an additional cost)

Luxury Vehicle Transport

First step is to get your quote, fill out our form here. Second, review your quote and accept. Third, you will receive a call from your assigned driver set a time for pick up of your vehicle. Fourth, driver shows up to pick up your car, review vehicle condition with the driver and sign the BOL. Lastly receive your vehicle at the destination.

We ship cars across the continental United States. Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii are not areas we service at the moment
Unfortunately we do not. We are only authorized to transport within the USA by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and the US DOT.
Enclosed carrier transport service is performed by a truck and trailer combo equipped with a hard side box trailer with ramps or a soft sided box trailer with ramps. The trailer can have capacity of 1 car to 8 cars in enclosed format.
The open carrier transport is performed by the common car hauler trailer. This type trailer comes in various configurations, from a wedge trailer to a 10 car hauler. The vehicles are exposed to the elements and debri, unlike the enclosed transport.
Exactly that, pick up at your address and dropped off at the designated address. 98% of our transports are completed door to door. There are very few exceptions and that’s due to your local roads and the truck size. 
Transporters are required by the FMCSA to carry cargo insurance as well as we require all of our drivers to carry sufficient cargo insurance for the vehicle being transported.

It serves many different purposes, such as a receipt, contract, and document of title. Details include the type, quantity, and destination of the goods. COD stands for cash on delivery. You will need to pay the driver directly for the balance owed on your transport contract.
Yes! By prepaying for your vehicle transport you won’t have to worry about it at delivery. When you accept your quote, you will have the option to either pay for the deposit or pay in full.
Yes, we recommend having the car cleaned inside and out. This is best for when the driver needs to document the condition of the vehicle and for when you receive it as well. If for whatever reason there is an issue, it’s easy to unravel and ensure you and your car have been taking care of.
Yes, pictures are worth 1,000 words. This will help in any case that damage is caused during transport. After all, that’s why transport companies have insurance.
Absolutely! Again this is also great especially if you do find an issue with your vehicle. It’s easily shown to the driver and their insurance company if there are any issues with your car that were caused during transport.
Always, I repeat always inspect your car at pick up. Review the BOL that the driver filled out and dispute any incorrect markings on the condition report. This will be your protection in case damage is caused during transport.
You have a very small window of time to claim any damage, don’t sign the BOL unless you have reviewed your vehicle’s condition. If any damage is found, check the pick up condition report and compare. If the damage wasn’t there, let the driver know!
This can vary from driver to driver. The most common form of payment is CASH, yes that’s right the drivers love cash. The other same as cash options are Venmo, cash app, Zelle and PayPal. Drivers will not accept personal checks nor will they accept credit cards on site. If you would like to pay with a credit card, prepayment option is right for you.
The best way is to prepay, but let’s say you just realized you don’t have cash… call us and we will charge your card and resolve the balance of the bill with the driver. We do charge a fee for this service so keep this mind.
Don’t sign the bill of lading (BOL)! Show your driver the damage and if for any reason you are having issues, give us a call. We can work to find a resolution with the trucking company. But whatever you do, don’t sign the BOL without documenting the damage found and write a note on there and have the driver sign next to it.

Purchases, Returns, Warranty

Rev Essentials is our own line of products purposely made to enhance your ownership experience. Solving the most common everyday problems in vehicle ownership.
We offer a lifetime warranty on our products as long as you purchased the product from us. Rev Apparel products do not qualify for this warranty.

Yes, we have a 90 day return policy. As long as the product purchased from Rev Auto Club is not used and it’s in the original packaging, we will receive it for exchange or refund. Shipping is not included, you can ship on your own or we can provide a return label at your expense.

Special order order items are products we don’t regularly stock locally. They are sourced through our network of distributors or directly from the manufacturer. Some items ship quickly, but others take a bit more time, if you’d like to inquire about availability, use our chat or send an email to sales@revautoclub.com. Make sure to share Year, Make and Model of your vehicle and the specific part number or description you are looking for.

We will notify you via email or SMS when the item ships. If you’d like to inquire, feel free to send us a message on the status of your order. We will gladly provide you with an updated ETA.

Manufacturer warranty is available on all products unless specified. If you have an issue with any of the products you ordered from Rev Auto Club, please reach out to the manufacturer for any claims.

There are 2 ways to get a copy of your invoice.

if you created a profile on our site you are able to view your order history and print out your invoice.

If you did not create a profile on our site, then you can reach out via email so we can send it to you.

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

There are no late fees for customers who miss a scheduled payment. However, partial payments or late payments might impact your credit score, or your eligibility to use Shop Pay Installments in the future. If you have questions about a missed installment payment, then you can contact Affirm support for assistance.

To request a refund, contact the store where you purchased your item. Using their return policy, the store will advise if a return is possible. If a return is possible, then the store will advise how much the refunded amount will be. Our technicians are facttory trained to work on Porsche, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Audi, Ferrari, Land Rover and Tesla. Aside from factory training we also have vast experience on Lamborghini, Lotus, Rolls Royce, Bentley and Maserati.

We will pair you up with the most qualified technician for the services required on your car. similar to doctors, each technician has their specialty aside from the brand they are accustumed to work on.

Unfortunately we dont offer rental cars for when your car is in service. We encourage you to plan accordingly, we will do our best to get your car in and out as soon as possible.

Yes! we are required by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to provide an estimate for repairs prior to commencing.

 

Yes, we back our repairs with a 3 month or 1500 mile warranty on workmanship on the repairs. Parts manufacturerss also provide a warranty for the components being installed on your car. If you have any questions around parts warranties, please give us a call and we can provide that to you.
